Dishonest I am disappointed as many repair shops in VA will not work with Car Shield. Car Shield doesn’t pay the listed price for labor as stated in the policy. They pay an estimated dollar amount based on US National Labor Guide which is very inaccurate leaving the customer with charges in addition to your copay.

The positives – The app is informative, clear, and easy to use. Both of my claim’s worth around a total of $4,200. The negatives - Their wait times can be a little time and some of their customer service representatives can be somewhat dismissive. You may have to go through the “fire” to get a claim to be honored. This may include talker to higher-ups and filing a report to BBB. Overall, I appreciate this company for honoring my two claims.
