My previous encounter was to rebuild a transmission. That went beautifully and my needs and situation was taken into consideration. She contacted the nearest towing company within 5-7 mins of our call. Go Pro Towing reached out to me, provided time (45mins) that vehicle would be picked up. They were prompt, took car to designated dealership. Excellent service by both would recommend CarShield to family/friends.

Worse company ever Worse company ever. I was told my vehicle needed a transmission. I use Carshield My contact list it covers transmissions. American Auto Shield told me my claim was denied because it was for an electronic part. Now I cant get my vehicle fixed These companies should be shut down because they rip people off. Thanks for nothing

Dishonest I am disappointed as many repair shops in VA will not work with Car Shield. Car Shield doesn’t pay the listed price for labor as stated in the policy. They pay an estimated dollar amount based on US National Labor Guide which is very inaccurate leaving the customer with charges in addition to your copay.
