They refuse to work on your vehicle even though it’s covered through the insurance coverage. They give both the customer and auto repair facilities the run around. American Auto Shield refuses to provide car rentals even though it’s covered in the insurance coverage. This company has held up any work that needs to be done on my brother’s car for almost 2 MONTHS!! They have extensive complaints through the Better Business Bureau and are not an accredited business! COMPLETE SCAM!!

Looking for a reason to deny me help!!! I was happy to get a live person. I am disappointed that my repair was denied due to rust or corrosion. I live in a State where this is unavoidable. This makes me apprehensive about our future relationship. If you are going to deny a claim, and I have paid you on time every month for over a year is very disappointing to me. Are you here just to take my money? How can you offer me a piece of mind if I have to fear if you will stand behind me in a time of need????

HE WENT WAY BEYOND TO HELP ME! HE WENT WAY BEYOND THE NORMAL SERVICE IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET MY ENGINE'S HOOD OPEN, BUT IT WAS SIMPLY FROZEN CLOSED, SO HE ENDED UP HAVING TO TOW IT TO MY CAR REPAAIR SHOP FOR ME. HE WAS VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH KIND THINGS AOUT HIM!!
