USHE WENT WAY BEYOND TO HELP ME! HE WENT WAY BEYOND THE NORMAL SERVICE IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET MY ENGINE'S HOOD OPEN, BUT IT WAS SIMPLY FROZEN CLOSED, SO HE ENDED UP HAVING TO TOW IT TO MY CAR REPAAIR SHOP FOR ME. HE WAS VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH KIND THINGS AOUT HIM!!

USLooking for a reason to deny me help!!! I was happy to get a live person. I am disappointed that my repair was denied due to rust or corrosion. I live in a State where this is unavoidable. This makes me apprehensive about our future relationship. If you are going to deny a claim, and I have paid you on time every month for over a year is very disappointing to me. Are you here just to take my money? How can you offer me a piece of mind if I have to fear if you will stand behind me in a time of need????

USUNEDUCATED AND DISTESPECTFUL This is the claim department for Car Shield. Worst experience of my life. Cancelled my car shield today due to horrific customer service in the claim department. No communication, all call centers, never get the same person to talk to, DISRESPECTFUL adjuster to my mechanic on a 3-way call, closed my claim before they even moved forward. I would NEVER let this company do anything toward a claim ever again. As a single mom and it being the holidays I am appauld and disgusted by the customer service from all angels.
