USSo happy with this service So happy with this service. The mechanic came out within 2 hours of my phone call, was so friendly and got my car diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. Very affordable and easy to work with. Thank you for being reliable!

USNo call no show My car wouldn’t start in a parking lot, so I called and scheduled an appointment for 4pm and was told that I would be contacted by my technician when they were in route to me. 5pm rolls around so I call and they tell me I have a service window between 4-8pm which would have been nice to know when I called originally. 8pm rolls around and no word from a technician or customer service, so I had to get an uber home and leave my car after not hearing from anyone. If nobody could come today why lie? I would give 0 stars if I could.

USCibsumers Beware of unethical practices Beware! Goodhood is not "good". They practice unfair business practices toward their customers. . My first mobile appointment was a no show. The Goodhood employee did not call, text or email that he would not show up within the four hour window. But they charge $76.00 if you,the customer cancel yoyr appointment. Your credit is required up front. A second appointment for the no show was set for 2days later. The mechanic completed the repairs. The next day while driving, the very same symptoms appeared again 100%. A follow up appointment set again, 2 days later. After a 3 hour inspection, I was told engine light now off and vehicle no longer running sluggish. That's weird since per mechanic said he did not do anything....But I was charged another $90 inspection & diagnostic fee. I did not ask for the diagnostic since he just did one last week. It is apparent the mechanic tweaked or adjusted something...But apparently must charge fee for coming to inspect his work? Not good. I was hoping to use in future...It is No for me.

USNo one showed up or called me… No one showed up or called me for my scheduled appointment. I’ve been getting several maintenance services done by one mechanic and each time something else is wrong with the car. It’s an older car so I understand maintenance is needed but the companies communication is awful. Constantly told someone would call me back and no one does. Everyone acts aloof. Mechanic has cancelled or no showed 3 times. I’m not happy at all. Just want to finish the service I’m paying for and be done. Heather has tried to rectify things on her end but it seems to always fall flat because no one within the company communicates to each other.

USSeriously??? We have a Honda Accord and a Honda CRV. An honest mistake was made on our end and the incorrect information was provided to GoodHood. They wanted to charge us an additional $40 to go get the correct part. We said we'll go pick it up ourselves. In speaking directly with the part supplier, we find out Goodhood is up charging approximately $40 more than what the part sells for from the supplier. So we then tell GoodHood we'll supply the part ourselves..you guessed it, they then increased the labor price by $200. Seriously? At that time we cancelled the service all together. Be careful with them- get all prices/quotes in writing prior to scheduling a service.
