Brian is the man ! Brian came out diagnosed the car, started off with simple small things 1st, got it out the way. And also did find other things that needed attention that I wasn't aware of, grateful for that as well. In the end he found the main issue and fixed it... so far so good car is running again . Couldn't be happier big thanks to Brian, hoping to see him again in the future to service my cars. Highly recommended!

Alex Cali Alex was awesome. Arrived when he said he would and with the free diagnostic, he was able to suggest the required services, submit the quote for me, and very courteous! If all techs all like Alex, including being knowledgeable, you can't beat this organization even with slightly better prices.

Philip is a rare technician to find Philip is a rare technician to find. He is honest, professional and skilful. He just observed the car for a few minutes and said “ the battery is the problem; change the battery and the speed sensor issue will correct” I changed the battery and all the dashboard error lights turned off and speed sensor started working again. Other technicians would sought for ways to extort money from clients, but he didn’t. Thank you Philip.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! After dealing with a few mechanics who… After dealing with a few mechanics who were dishonest, did not do good work and overcharged me, I found Fix My Car. Teresa was beyond excellent in finding the perfect mechanic for me, Phillip. He is a gifted, amazing, experienced master mechanic. He did a thorough diagnosis on my car and had the immediate problem fixed in less than 45 minutes. I give both Teresa and Phillip 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for beyond EXCELLENT service. Extremely affordable and honest work. I am just delighted. Thank you Fix My Car! You literally saved my life 🤗❤

Cibsumers Beware of unethical practices Beware! Goodhood is not "good". They practice unfair business practices toward their customers. . My first mobile appointment was a no show. The Goodhood employee did not call,text or email that he would not show up within the four hour window. But they charge $76.00 if you,the customer cancel yoyr appointment. Your credit is required up front. A second appointment for the no show was set for 2days later. The mechanic completed the repairs. The next day while driving, the very same symptoms appeared again 100%. A follow up appointment set again, 2 days later. After a 3 hour inspection, I was told engine light now off and vehicle no longer running sluggish. That's weird since per mechanic said he did not do anything....But I was charged another $90 inspection & diagnostic fee. I did not ask for the diagnostic since he just did one last week. It is apparent the mechanic tweaked or adjusted something...But apparently must charge fee for coming to inspect his work? Not good. I was hoping to use in future...It is No for me.
