Works on the tough trails I've just ridden my new Cruiser on some trails I cannot clean on my MTB. It did everything with ease. I think there need be more online videos showing this type riding. I think there are other bike options that might be lighter or with better suspension or with better power delivery, but The Cruiser is less than half their price. One note on its battery life: I rode all morning, adding ever-more additional difficult trails because of the bike's efficiency. After all this, my battery indicator had only reduced from 5 bars to 4 and the recharge was done in just a few hours before bedtime. This is really practical and fun and I'm afraid my main MTB is going to stay in the garage.

Himiway Escape Pro e-bike So glad I… Himiway Escape Pro e-bike So glad I bought this Himiway Bike. I did buy this bike after a very painful research on all electric bikes on the market. I will tell you why I chose Himiway, and I do not work for Himiway just a happy customer. Reasons 1 when I looked at all the different brands of bikes I would go to the accessories page to see if you could buy parts. Most of the brands had accessories but were out of stock and were being shipped in from another country with only an estimate of arrival. I needed extra racks etc. seemed to have replacement parts in stock and ready to ship. 2 not all companies had the more Mop head-style bike with a comfortable seat. I'm a senior and like a more comfortable ride. 3 Himiway was very reasonably priced and I emailed the company asking if the bike was in stock and ready to ship, The quick answer was YES! Arrived on time and now have 500 miles and ZERO problems. I just like to give credit is due, also would write if I had problems. Dennis

AVOID - Chinese company with a fake UK address For everyone who is being fooled,as by miself, with their web page reviews(I left this exactly review there but gues what? Was removed!), this is my nightmare experience: I ordered and paid in full by card, a "Himiway Big Dog" bicycle, on 22/03/2024. The website says it is in stock and will take 3 to 4 days to process the order and they will send me a delivery tracking number within 5 days of the purchase. Since that day, I sent many emails requesting a confirmation of the shipment date, and the tracking number, but only on 03/04/2024 they said it was scheduled to ship on 05/04/2024, but Today is 09/04/2024 and they still not shipped my bike, and they stopped replying my emails. Every email exchanged is another pain in the a**, I've been treated as an idiot. This is by far, the worst experience after sale I ever had after buying something so expensive as this one. They really don't care about you after getting your money. Simply don't trust them, they will deceive you with inconclusive emails and never provide a simple straight answer. I am really scared to request a refund because it will probably take months of useless emails, and an empty account and without a bike. I'm literaly furious and on fumes here. If you want to shorten your life, with anger and anguish, go ahead and buy at your own risk and at your own regret, just never say you wasn't advised. Don't think it will not happen to you, because IT WILL.

I have a few bikes from Himiway I have a few bikes from Himiway. Cruiser step thru and zebra step thru. Bikes are strong. Recently I needed replacement controller but because some regulations, they had to tune the power down. Leo and his team always seem to respond very quickly and is helping me to figure out a solution.
