Online scammers. Do not go near them!! I purchased a firmware update for my VW Golf infotainment unit. The update failed. It BRICKED my infotainment unit. I sought tech support. NO REPLIES TO NUMEROUS EMAILS. The contact PHONE NUMBER is a scam. It's an answering machine meant to stop you talking to anyone. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB. THEY ARE OPPORTUNISTS WITH NO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OR CUSTOMER CARE ETHOS!!

Scam site Scam site! Bought an infotainment firmware update. Contacted by chat and was promised a newer version. When i recieved the download link the firmware predated the car. When contacting them by chat they seemed helpful at first, telling me that they would contact the dealer when The firmware couldnt be installed. When I notoced that the firmware was at least 4 years old i tried to make a return. They did no longer respond in a timely manner. I initiated a paypal dispute and immediately recieved threats that they would report me to the dealer and revoking the cars warranty on whatsapp. Paypal was not helpful. Beware, they will take your money and run.

Best service I purchased ODIS… Best service I purchased ODIS engineering online from VAG update and they connected me over the internet and assisted me with the installation legit installation I’m very grateful for the service and patient of course it takes fair a bit of time I wanted to thank Shona Toms especially who assisted me with the process from the beginning until the end :-) Highly recommended

Reboot issue fixed I was having reboot issues with my VW MIB. I contacted vagupdate team for a solution and they provided me firmware update and I installed it on my own without visiting dealer or workshop. It was super easy and now my problem is fixed. Thank you guys.

Works flawlessly! It took them about 36 hours to get my update for Volkswagen Tiguan MIB3 , however it worked flawlessly. Quality seems 100% legit , no issues. Don't know where bad reviews would come from but it's not a scam for sure :)
