GBLow quality work and worse customer service They were available quickly for a diagnostic but did not do a thorough job on diagnosing the root problem. 1 week after "fixing" my AC issue, the problem returned. After contacting customer support to look into it, I've been totally ghosted. I wouldn't recommend using these guys--yikes!

GBIf I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. For some reason, an auto message said, it couldn’t replace my 2019 Sentra battery, instantly, I canceled and they still charged me a $50 cancellation fee. Customer service was zero help.

GBChase was my mechanic and I’m ever so… Chase was my mechanic and I’m ever so grateful!!! He fixed my little Smart Car that has been sitting for 2 years!!! I thought it was the electric battery (which would have been big $), it was the other battery!! He fixed it and now she just needs a bath and registration. Thank you Chase!!

GBI had a great experience! I had a great experience getting diagnostics completed by RepairSmith on my older vehicle (2003). Denzel was my technician and he was so so patient + understanding. Denzel exceeded my expectations - going above and beyond - to help troubleshoot my car's problems. If RepairSmith did repairs for the problem I had, I would have certainly hired them to fix my car but sadly I have to outsource to another company. I would gladly recommend RepairSmith to anyone.
