Low quality work and worse customer service They were available quickly for a diagnostic but did not do a thorough job on diagnosing the root problem. 1 week after "fixing" my AC issue, the problem returned. After contacting customer support to look into it, I've been totally ghosted. I wouldn't recommend using these guys--yikes!

ZERO STARS all their reviews are… ZERO STARS all their reviews are manipulated. No way the 4.9 on Google is real. MY Mercedes was throwing a couple misfiring codes so I scheduled a sparkplug replacements along with a coil A replacement. Given I own a Mercedes I gave them a call to make sure there tech were certified I was assured the were. Appointment day comes! The guy JOEL knew nothing about the car, had no idea where to start and and didn't even bring the right tools. He was at one point putting a part on upsidedown and in the process made my car worse! it's now throwing 5 codes vs the TWO I started with!!! Everything was recorded and documented before and during. Thank you Repair Smith! CRAP SERVICE!

RIP-OFF!!! Rip off… car sell man who sold me my car was told he had to schedule a appointment so someone could come out to my house to fix the problem I have. So he did come out and drove my car and then I drove it with him, I heard the noise but he said he didn’t and he didn’t even remove the tier to see if something was wrong, so he left.later I was looking at my account and a change was taken, they call it a diagnostic check fee. I could have did what he done and saved my money, I will never use this company service as long as I live because who dose that kind of repair service?A rip-off service they should be named!!!

Terrible experience with a terrible company Terrible terrible company. Had appointment for Christmas Eve from 2-4pm for a technician to replace my car battery so we could be with family on Christmas Day. Didn’t hear anything so I called at 4:30 to get an update. They told me they have to cancel and that there was nothing they could do. At that point, it was too late to find a replacement so we were unable to be with family on Christmas. Terrible customer service, very overpriced. I would recommend staying away from this awful company

Pls pls pls do not get your car done… Pls pls pls do not get your car done here go to a shop!!!! My brother car was worked on n a part was stolen off his car the technicians they send out u need to watch if they steal anything off ur car per the manager n u can't prove it they won't pay for it. My brother jaguar was working it only needed a battery swap his car is no longer working after the tech left his house. I'm sooooo upset we sent pictures of the part missing which was the module which controls the engine. N per the other reviews this is not a good company. My brother spent over 400 getting his key re programmed n over 200 ubering because his car is out of commission the customer service reps r terrible too nobody wants to help operational manager seen the pictures of the part missing but he stated it's he say she say was his response WHY WAS THE CAR WORKING BEFORE UR TECH CAME N WHEN HE GOT DONE REPLACING BATTERY NOT. Part that went missing is priced at 1800 so we are getting ready to sure since they don't care. Go to a shop r else get treated like we did they didn't offer to pay for all the money he spent ubering nothing but a I'm sorry we can't help u. Keep reading the reviews they just jack ur car up n cover each other.
