GBStay away from G-Force Ebikes I bought the G-Force T42 on 6/21/2022 and have had nothing but problems with it...out of the box and brand new the front brake handle and fluid reservoir was leaking and had to be replaced...it took a month to get the parts. My ebike quit working after 4 months and I found the motor controller was bad, the most likely cause was because it wasn't secured properly and was rattling around inside the frame of the ebike. I've been trying to replace it for months the company gives me the run around won't honor the warranty and don't have the part in stock, yet they keep trying to sell me the wrong part, lying to me and saying it will work, which is total BS. I tried to go around G-Force by buying the part from Lishui ( the manufacturer...part #LSW 1866-1MA) but they didn't have it listed because they don't make it anymore. So, it appears G-Force sold me a Ebike with obsolete parts on it...unbelievable and outright dishonest. My brand new T42 is now worthless, thanks to the CCP with their lying and cheating companies. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY'RE OUT TO BEAT YOU...PERIOD!

GBThe Coolest Cheapest EBike from Amazon 😳🤯🤩 Received this bike from Amazon, well actually I received two. I sent the other one back (RET USAF with Integrity still intact🤦🏾🙂🤷🏾) and the company actually contacted me right away when finding the error on their end, which to me showed proof of attentiveness to their customers. To this day my mother is dissatisfied with my choice to send the other bike back, because it is so fun to ride mine she now wants one‼️ Also the company on all social media platforms is proud of their product and the customers who also are aligned with their clear mission of clean energy and earth🔋🚲🙌🏿👏🏿🔊💯❤️🌞

GBG Force Stay Away! G Force 42: These bikes seem great till you need customer service from G Force. Mine is throwing a error 30 code ruined the trip I bought it for and no help from customer service. Do not call the number you will not get a response and email customer service will give you the run around. My bike had 23 miles on it. Buy another bike.

GBPoor customer support and doesn't last long Had the G-Force T-42 for around 8 weeks until it ran into an 'error 05' that prevents the pedal assist and throttle from working (essentially making it a normal bike). I tried calling the customer service, never got 1 response (the number is just there for show) and e-mailing was also a horrible experience. It seems they really go out of their way to avoid interacting with you. Would heavily recommend to avoid purchasing any bikes from them.

GBAvoid at all cost They are fraud company and they are selling bad products! They sold me expensive ebike and bike ain't charging only after month of mild usage. They don't allow to post reviews on their site and they don't respond!
