Problems since day 1 with two hoists Problems since day one with hoist that I purchased (I bought two). I am 10 miles from their corporate office and they sent me in circles while never addressing my concerns. I had screw pad assemblies that got jammed easily. I contacted customer service and sent a video/description of problem as requested. There was no follow-up as promised. I called again and they stated they had no knowledge of request. After doing this a couple times I finally gave up and have struggled with this problem ever since. I wish that I bought from another manufacturer. My next two hoist purchases were elsewhere and the support is great. Shoddy made in China product and the worst customer service imaginable!

Absolute crooks! Do Not Do Business with them!! Thieves! I purchased products from Bendpak and Eric was my salesman. I haven’t received anything from my $25k order till this day! Customer service has been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch with them or a manager. This is a dishonest business and i advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. They caused my business over a 100k loss due to faulty products and their inability to take care of the situation!

Products don't last… Products don't last had my lift motor quit a year into using it and all though they were helpful trying to trouble shoot the cause it still did not work and I had to shell out more money for a new motor to continue working instead of having scrap metal hanging around the shop. i do not recommend buying products from them

Great company Great company. hard to get through on the phone sometimes. customer oriented. jBendpak wants to make sure customer is satisfied even when the installer is the problem. I know this because i have gone after other installers and fixed their mistakes. Or when the installer gives up. In the immortal words of Winston Churchill Never Never Never give up. Purchased two HD7-Wide lifts in… Purchased two HD7-Wide lifts in January. Installer has been on-site seven times to try and fix the deficiencies in the lift so they would work. BendPak customer service is and was useless. Finally after involvement from our attorney, BendPak agreed to pick the lifts up and take them away. It has been four weeks since lifts were taken back and I am still awaiting balance of refund. BendPak will not answer calls or emails and even with an agreement in writing regarding the full refund they have not followed thru. Do NOT buy from this company. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Go anywhere else but BendPak.
