GBLast BendPak purchase My new 2 post lift came with one arm that is out of level. A certified installer confirmed it's an issue with the post carriage. BendPak's installation manual, and website indicate that all arms MUST be level. Response from BendPak customer service has been glacial at best. They claim the issue is within tolerance, although I'm not sure what the tolerances are since they are presently ignoring my question. Luckily, there are many other options beyond BendPak...do your homework. Wish I had.

GBMid-lift product purchased Mid-lift product purchased: manual shows grease fittings on pivots but unit came with none. So how to you get grease to the high load areas? Customer service (CS) said apply lithium grease to the outside…absolutely insane. Prewiring on the raise button should be on the normally open contact but came on the normally closed so when power is applied the motor runs. It’s even shown on the NC contact in the manual…insane but correctable. Multiple CS contacts very unhelpful. Promised many times to get back, never did unless I called back. One reply highlighted the hydraulic return line back to a pressure port…insane and dangerous. Except for the missing grease fittings the hardware appears to be ok.

GBLIARS !!! We simply ordered some hose and fittings in December , paid for at the time of sale from Melissa Bravo... We are still waiting, only to be told there accounting department didn't release the order. Customer service is absolutely the worst. NEVER AGAIN !!!

CAProducts don't last… Products don't last had my lift motor quit a year into using it and all though they were helpful trying to trouble shoot the cause it still did not work and I had to shell out more money for a new motor to continue working instead of having scrap metal hanging around the shop. i do not recommend buying products from them

GBThe most terrible customer service I… The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! After buying over $30,000 worth of equipment, I can absolutely zero customer service. The $8000 air compressor machine I purchased stopped working after only a couple of months (still under manufacturer warranty). For three months now I have been calling them five times a day to either repair or replace the machine and cannot get anyone to help me. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere!!
