Tech support dept is the worse i have… Tech support dept is the worse i have ever had. I will not buy a product supported by this company.

Purchased two HD7-Wide lifts in… Purchased two HD7-Wide lifts in January. Installer has been on-site seven times to try and fix the deficiencies in the lift so they would work. BendPak customer service is and was useless. Finally after involvement from our attorney, BendPak agreed to pick the lifts up and take them away. It has been four weeks since lifts were taken back and I am still awaiting balance of refund. BendPak will not answer calls or emails and even with an agreement in writing regarding the full refund they have not followed thru. Do NOT buy from this company. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Go anywhere else but BendPak.

Don't buy Bendpak, STAY AWAY!!!! I wish I had read the review before I bought 2 HD7W lifts. They delivered partial orders without the pumps/motors , nor the protection plates> Total waste of time for installers. then they shipped 220v instead of 110V and NO ONE in Customer service is reachable to answering any emails or calls. This company is a fraud!!! Appalling . management doing nothing

Bought a BendPak car lift that was set… Bought a BendPak car lift that was set up wrong by a paid company that should have know there was a problem. Accessories were sold to me that were incompatible with the lift I bought. I have a classic car in the air that I can’t lower because of permanent damage that will occur if I lower the lift. This has been going on for weeks without anyone coming to help. Salesman is MIA. Salesman says it is not my department, “I passed in on.” They will not call me, only emails that aren’t much help. Customer service is very poor. Buy from another company.

Sales Department is the WORST My review is specifically around their sales team. After the unfortunate experience of speaking with Alex in sales, it was really horrible. He was very pushy, he flat out lied about sales and offers available (guessing to up his commission), and he was rude. Shop elsewhere. Their sales team is really horrible and they have no interest in fixing the issue.
