GBThe most terrible customer service I… The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! After buying over $30,000 worth of equipment, I can absolutely zero customer service. The $8000 air compressor machine I purchased stopped working after only a couple of months (still under manufacturer warranty). For three months now I have been calling them five times a day to either repair or replace the machine and cannot get anyone to help me. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere!!

GBLast BendPak purchase My new 2 post lift came with one arm that is out of level. A certified installer confirmed it's an issue with the post carriage. BendPak's installation manual, and website indicate that all arms MUST be level. Response from BendPak customer service has been glacial at best. They claim the issue is within tolerance, although I'm not sure what the tolerances are since they are presently ignoring my question. Luckily, there are many other options beyond BendPak...do your homework. Wish I had.

GBBought a BendPak car lift that was set… Bought a BendPak car lift that was set up wrong by a paid company that should have know there was a problem. Accessories were sold to me that were incompatible with the lift I bought. I have a classic car in the air that I can’t lower because of permanent damage that will occur if I lower the lift. This has been going on for weeks without anyone coming to help. Salesman is MIA. Salesman says it is not my department, “I passed in on.” They will not call me, only emails that aren’t much help. Customer service is very poor. Buy from another company.

GBFilter crusher was dead on arrival Filter crusher was dead on arrival. No one has ever called back or responded to e-mails. We have called in dozens of times with no results. We have spent hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem remotely for them but never get anywhere. The rep eventually gives up and promises too call back the next day but never does. They asked for photos and videos that we sent multiple times but they always say they never got them. Don't ever buy shop equipment from someone without support in your area. Worst experience I've had in 40+ years.

GBPurchased two HD7-Wide lifts in… Purchased two HD7-Wide lifts in January. Installer has been on-site seven times to try and fix the deficiencies in the lift so they would work. BendPak customer service is and was useless. Finally after involvement from our attorney, BendPak agreed to pick the lifts up and take them away. It has been four weeks since lifts were taken back and I am still awaiting balance of refund. BendPak will not answer calls or emails and even with an agreement in writing regarding the full refund they have not followed thru. Do NOT buy from this company. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Go anywhere else but BendPak.
