Terrible customer service Ordered a quick jack 5000 with various lift blocks I’m May 2020. Bendpak charged me for entire package but failed to send all the parts. 6 months later, still waiting on parts. After calling multiple times and requesting a credit, they charge my cc again. David Rodriquez is in their sales group, never returns calls, lies about shipping parts and double charges the customer. I have filed a fraud case with the cc company. I own my own business with 120 employees and would never allow this to happen. Extremely disappointed.

Paid for overnight shipping...didn't… Paid for overnight shipping...didn't ship for 8 days. And these were add on parts, not a full lift. Trying to communicate thru their email support is comical at best. They will close out the ticket without providing any information. Calling tech support is like playing "hot potato" with reps passing the buck. Note to whoever runs this place...fire everyone and start over with customer support. Epic fail in that department.

Mid-lift product purchased Mid-lift product purchased: manual shows grease fittings on pivots but unit came with none. So how to you get grease to the high load areas? Customer service (CS) said apply lithium grease to the outside…absolutely insane. Prewiring on the raise button should be on the normally open contact but came on the normally closed so when power is applied the motor runs. It’s even shown on the NC contact in the manual…insane but correctable. Multiple CS contacts very unhelpful. Promised many times to get back, never did unless I called back. One reply highlighted the hydraulic return line back to a pressure port…insane and dangerous. Except for the missing grease fittings the hardware appears to be ok.

Purchased two HD7-Wide lifts in… Purchased two HD7-Wide lifts in January. Installer has been on-site seven times to try and fix the deficiencies in the lift so they would work. BendPak customer service is and was useless. Finally after involvement from our attorney, BendPak agreed to pick the lifts up and take them away. It has been four weeks since lifts were taken back and I am still awaiting balance of refund. BendPak will not answer calls or emails and even with an agreement in writing regarding the full refund they have not followed thru. Do NOT buy from this company. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Go anywhere else but BendPak.

Sales Department is the WORST My review is specifically around their sales team. After the unfortunate experience of speaking with Alex in sales, it was really horrible. He was very pushy, he flat out lied about sales and offers available (guessing to up his commission), and he was rude. Shop elsewhere. Their sales team is really horrible and they have no interest in fixing the issue.
