Great company Great company. hard to get through on the phone sometimes. customer oriented. jBendpak wants to make sure customer is satisfied even when the installer is the problem. Terrible customer service Ordered a quick jack 5000 with various lift blocks I’m May 2020. Bendpak charged me for entire package but failed to send all the parts. 6 months later, still waiting on parts. After calling multiple times and requesting a credit, they charge my cc again. David Rodriquez is in their sales group, never returns calls, lies about shipping parts and double charges the customer. I have filed a fraud case with the cc company. I own my own business with 120 employees and would never allow this to happen. Extremely disappointed.

Great lift that I would absolutely buy again! Wanted the HD-9XW for extra height, but ended up buying the HD-9, due to being installed into attached garage with limited height. Needed to raise garage door a bit to fit. Had to get creative for delivery and have the lift shipped to friend’s property with a forklift accessible, then trailer to the house, and used an engine hoist to remove from trailer. Install went pretty smooth, but watch that you route the cables properly for the secondary cable slack safety locks (I initially routed them wrong, causing the secondary safety locks to remain engaged, and caused a bit of extra work to correct). Over all, a great lift that I would absolutely buy again!

Sales Department is the WORST My review is specifically around their sales team. After the unfortunate experience of speaking with Alex in sales, it was really horrible. He was very pushy, he flat out lied about sales and offers available (guessing to up his commission), and he was rude. Shop elsewhere. Their sales team is really horrible and they have no interest in fixing the issue.

Bought a BendPak car lift that was set… Bought a BendPak car lift that was set up wrong by a paid company that should have know there was a problem. Accessories were sold to me that were incompatible with the lift I bought. I have a classic car in the air that I can’t lower because of permanent damage that will occur if I lower the lift. This has been going on for weeks without anyone coming to help. Salesman is MIA. Salesman says it is not my department, “I passed in on.” They will not call me, only emails that aren’t much help. Customer service is very poor. Buy from another company.
