ClearitUSA Held Up My Business Operations I started with ClearitUSA about a month ago thinking it would help me simplify a complicated process. It did not, customer service was not helpful at all. I ended up having to find another solution. Bottom line is Clearit stalled my business operations and that just isn't acceptable.

I was very appreciative with how quick… I was very appreciative with how quick and responsive everyone was with my customs entry. This was my first time clearing an inbound Ocean shipment and Clearit USA was amazing. I will use them again.

Cearit is very good. Clearit was communicative and fast to respond to al questions. I would reccomend them to anyone. Why try to learn the details of freight clearance when you will do it one time? No mistakes, no serious effort on my part and it went perfectly.

Exceptional Service at Simplifying a Complex Process I recently ordered an antique Chinese chest from Singapore and had to import it to my home in Oakland, CA. I had no idea where to start or how to go about filing the paperwork for customs clearance. After receiving a message from the seller in Singapore that I would need a broker, a quick online search led me to Clearit USA. They have been amazing every step of the way, providing me guidance on the next steps and answering all of my questions. Most importantly, the response was extremely rapid and clear with fantastic messaging capability. And all at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend their services to anyone as they make an impossibly difficult process move quickly and seamlessly.

Their customer service cmmunication is awful Their customer service cmmunication is awful. My first time importing from overseas and it's very difficult getting answers for things I don't understand. Trying to search their site is very difficult as well and constantly give not found messages. Even logging in is difficult. If you go to clear it .com, there's no place to sign in just sign up, and they don't have an app. I ended up finding a independent customs broker because it was so aggravating through this platform. At least I get my questions answered right away and and explained.
