Custom Order of double glass barn doors We originally called Omar to discuss ordering one of their doors we found on-line, and during the conversation Omar said they also do custom doors. So he asked me to send him one of our business cards. Within one hour we received the most beautiful rendering of glass barn doors with our company logo on it that we had ever seen. It was beyond our imagination. We didn't even need to change anything about the design and we ordered it on the spot. The entire process was so smooth and we received the best service. Their attention to detail is excellent. We would highly recommend using Glass-door.us for any custom design or for any of their own designs. The quality cannot be better anywhere else.

Gorgeous! Excellent experience with this company and Omar in particular. Everyone who sees our bathroom doors are blown away with their beauty and elegance! The quality of the materials is superior, and the help Omar gave us throughout the process was beyond call of duty. We are in the process of ordering other Glass products from them as well. Terrible experience Terrible experience! Glass door edge was chipped and on a set of double doors, they were different sizes. No help and simply did not return any phone calls!

Customer service a disappointment I ordered a glass door in the Spring and received it in unbroken condition in a timely manner. The appearance and quality of the glass was great. Unfortunately my contractor was very off on his estimate and the door wasn't installed until Dec. 2023. The quality of the hanging hardware is almost as good HOWEVER we found that two of four necessary bolts for hanging the door were the wrong size (14mm instead of 13mm) -- no one noticed this on visual inspection as the eye cannot readily discern between 13 and 14. I contacted Otto & Sons because the door could not be installed without these custom bolts. And, as requested I followed up with an email and photos. They NEVER responded despite assuring me that they would get back to me in a day. The other thing I'd say about glass-door.us is that their 3-day period during which one can inspect the door for defects is way, way too short. I cannot recommend this company because of this limitation. No one is likely to install a delivered glass door that quickly! We were lucky … but you may not be as lucky.

They took our money and have not sent door. Ordered a door the beginning of June, was told it could take 67 days, it’s now going on 100. They will not answer the phone. They emailed us the middle of August to day it was ready to be shipped, never received a tracking number. Two more time when we called we were told it was in the warehouse waiting for a carrier to pick it up. Then they just quit answering the phone when we called to check on the tracking info. Still waiting. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with this company. I noticed 25% of there reviews were similar to our experience. Don’t be their next casualty.
