Beautiful sliding barn door for contemporary remodel Three years ago, we bought a glass-panel, sliding barn door from Otto & Sohn for our bathroom remodel. The door was the perfect complement to our contemporary design, and we enjoyed going through the huge selection of possibilities to find exactly the right design for us. It is much higher quality than anything I was able to find locally, and the price point was excellent. The door arrived right on time and in perfect condition. It has held up beautifully over time, not scratching or smudging like other products. We have also received excellent customer service from Otto & Sohn. Highly recommend!

Beautiful product and great service! We recently purchased a decorative frosted glass sliding door from Omar at Otto & Sohn to cover the opening to the laundry room. Omar explained the process over the phone and we placed our order online. It arrived when we were told it would and was carefully packaged. The hardware we chose was on backorder, but Maria in Customer Service kept us informed and responded quickly when we emailed her with questions. Everyone at Omar & Son was helpful and pleasant to work with throughout the process. We love our new door!

Great door; not so great delivery Real happy with the door. Super high quality. Dimensions perfect. Customer service rep easy to work with. My only complaint is the delivery service they used (Estes), taking a month to get here, sitting at ports for days at a time, scheduling a Saturday delivery that didn't come, losing all track of the order, then finding it after we'd begun a refund request. Then after the delivery was made, we received two more calls about a pending delivery. Again, no complaints with Otto & Sohn. Happy with the end result – the journey notwithstanding.

Gorgeous! Excellent experience with this company and Omar in particular. Everyone who sees our bathroom doors are blown away with their beauty and elegance! The quality of the materials is superior, and the help Omar gave us throughout the process was beyond call of duty. We are in the process of ordering other Glass products from them as well. We are very satisfied customers, and highly recommend Otto and Sohn.

Terrible experience Terrible experience! Glass door edge was chipped and on a set of double doors, they were different sizes. No help and simply did not return any phone calls!
