Excellent customer service Customer services was the best. Mabell ensured my order was complete and delivered as timely as could be expected for a custom order. My first door arrived shattered and Otto & Sohn worked with the delivery company to ship a new door within in a few weeks. From my original order to delivery of the second door was about 9 weeks. One note, I ordered the door with the handle hardware but it didn't allow me to slide the door all the way open or closed so I bought two flat shower door grips from Amazon and they worked perfectly...thank goodness. Like others, had a horrible experience. Wouldn't return. Like others you see here, I can't recommend doing business with this company. They also took our money, shipped a door that was supposedly shattered in shipping and then it took many days to get a response. In the interim, we disputed with charge with our credit card company and I later regretted letting that lapse as they later claimed they never go the money back from the bank after agreeing to a refund. We are 7 months on now and my next recourse after posting this review here and at Google is to seek redress in small claims court. Terrible communication, follow through, and bad compnay to do business with.

Beautiful sliding barn door for contemporary remodel Three years ago, we bought a glass-panel, sliding barn door from Otto & Sohn for our bathroom remodel. The door was the perfect complement to our contemporary design, and we enjoyed going through the huge selection of possibilities to find exactly the right design for us. It is much higher quality than anything I was able to find locally, and the price point was excellent. The door arrived right on time and in perfect condition. It has held up beautifully over time, not scratching or smudging like other products. We have also received excellent customer service from Otto & Sohn. Highly recommend!

Just received and had our glass barn… Just received and had our glass barn door from Otto & Sohn installed today. Great experience overall. The door looks and works great. Omar was very helpful with questions regarding installation . The video from YouTube that he provided was of great assistance to our contractor. Definitely recommending Otto & Sohn.
