Quick & Helpful Response 1Password support has always been helpful and responsive. My question was answered and my problem was solved very quickly. This is just one of the reasons why 1Password is my number one recommended application.

I am a new customer converting from another password manager I am a new customer converting from LastPass. My onboarding experience has been phenomenal. I have received support and answers to all my questions as well as suggestions to submit the invoice to my previous password management tool in order to received a discount on 1Password. The conversion experience has been good, and easy to do with their tools and instructions. I am in day three and I am enjoying 1Password more already. The positive customer experience has been a bonus. I am very happy with this change at this time.

Amazing Customer Service I've been a happy individual user of 1Password for the last 4 years (I LOVE only having to remember one password!) - but I'm especially impressed with the customer service when I wanted to upgrade to a Family plan. Within minutes of submitting the online form, I was connected with Melanie via email, who walked me through what I needed to do to upgrade, as I was originally subscribed through the Apple app store. Once I did my part, again within minutes everything was taken care of on the 1Password side, and I even got an account credit for the small remainder of my app store purchase.
