USI am a new customer converting from another password manager I am a new customer converting from LastPass. My onboarding experience has been phenomenal. I have received support and answers to all my questions as well as suggestions to submit the invoice to my previous password management tool in order to received a discount on 1Password. The conversion experience has been good, and easy to do with their tools and instructions. I am in day three and I am enjoying 1Password more already. The positive customer experience has been a bonus. I am very happy with this change at this time.

USSeth responded quickly and with the… Seth responded quickly and with the correct answer. But I should not have had to ask the question if the message requesting the auth9rization was more specific as to where to get it. I was expecting an email. So 5 for Seth and 1 for 1password.

CAVery Helpful, Concise & Courteous Customer Service We really appreciated the prompt response to our login issue. We were unable to do so from our desktop yet our mobile device was fine. It turned out that the secret key provided by the regular login didn't match the one that we had as part of our recovery package. Once this was changed the issue disappeared. Both Ixquel & Clarinda were very helpful, concise and courteous with their responses in clearing this up.

DEThe support convinced me! I watched a lot of tests and YouTube videos and was impressed by the user-friendly interface and, last but not least, the great support. When I registered for the free 14-day trial period, I made a mistake and used the wrong link, which meant that the previously displayed discount was not deducted. It was not possible to change this afterwards, as the e-mail address and account had already been created. I then contacted the support team, who were able to help me very quickly and easily. The response time of the support team is exemplary.
