I've never had an email customer support ticket that didn't take over a week to complete. 1Password replied to my emails so quick, it felt like I was talking to them through a chat app. This is how customer service is done.

Excellent customer service I recently downloaded 1Password to add more security to my accounts. I had some questions while getting started with 1Password and reached out to their Customer Service. Both Julia and Jermaine were very friendly and thorough when sharing step-by-step instructions for the questions I had. Thank you!

I have only had praise and gratitude… I have only had praise and gratitude for 1Password for the yrs I've used it. I was looking fwd to uploading the newer version. Then the fit hit the shan! I have waited 24hrs to speak w/ a person from 1pw but now need to go work outside. I expect I may miss a possible call but more likely an email. Accessing support is way too hard and accessing easy support seems impossible.

The support convinced me! I watched a lot of tests and YouTube videos and was impressed by the user-friendly interface and, last but not least, the great support. When I registered for the free 14-day trial period, I made a mistake and used the wrong link, which meant that the previously displayed discount was not deducted. It was not possible to change this afterwards, as the e-mail address and account had already been created. I then contacted the support team, who were able to help me very quickly and easily. The response time of the support team is exemplary.
