Excellent service! It's not easy to get started with 1password, and I've encountered two glitches. I contacted customer support twice, and the very next day I had an answer with instructions on how to find my way around. Excellent customer service from 1password.

Very Helpful, Concise & Courteous Customer Service We really appreciated the prompt response to our login issue. We were unable to do so from our desktop yet our mobile device was fine. It turned out that the secret key provided by the regular login didn't match the one that we had as part of our recovery package. Once this was changed the issue disappeared. Both Ixquel & Clarinda were very helpful, concise and courteous with their responses in clearing this up.

I have only had praise and gratitude… I have only had praise and gratitude for 1Password for the yrs I've used it. I was looking fwd to uploading the newer version. Then the fit hit the shan! I have waited 24hrs to speak w/ a person from 1pw but now need to go work outside. I expect I may miss a possible call but more likely an email. Accessing support is way too hard and accessing easy support seems impossible.
