The tech, who I only met as a cursor on the screen and a little chat, really seemed to know what he was doing. As I am not a techie, I can only trust that what they did was sufficient to solve the problem.

I have sometimes needed help with my computer late at night and they always respond promptly and politely. What I appreciate mostly is that their techies never take the line of least resistance. They work tirelessly to resolve all issues and if they cannot work out a solution, they never hesitate to ask more experienced colleagues to assist them. The techies were very knowledgable. The techies were very knowledgable. My only complaint was that it took so long to clean up the problem. Part of that was my fault because I am elderly and hard of hearing and slow.

Eric really did, Chris not so much; Nash was nice; supervisor James Halpert was so good to talk with and as I told him and Eric, I hope I can avoid switching to the new Outlook because if what I have been using is discontinued I will have to find a new email platform!! Tell that to Microsoft!
