I have sometimes needed help with my computer late at night and they always respond promptly and politely. What I appreciate mostly is that their techies never take the line of least resistance. They work tirelessly to resolve all issues and if they cannot work out a solution, they never hesitate to ask more experienced colleagues to assist them. Solved problem efficiently and quickly Title tells it all. In all fairness, however I did find the technician's accent difficult for these 93 year old ears to understand and the telephone audio was somewhat broken up. Things probably took a little longer to accomplish because of repeated questions of requests for my inputs. Final outcome however was five star.
