GB247techies.tech have always been… 247techies.tech have always been helpful to me over the 5 years I have periodically needed their assistance. I have sometimes needed help with my computer late at night and they always respond promptly and politely. What I appreciate mostly is that their techies never take the line of least resistance. They work tirelessly to resolve all issues and if they cannot work out a solution, they never hesitate to ask more experienced colleagues to assist them. For what they do, and how they do it, the return on investment is worth every cent. I recommend 24/7 techies unreservedly

CAgreat support positive: they totaly resolved the issue. Communication was very good.Technicians were very knowledgeable,they reached out to make sure I was doing my part to resolve the issue. Net result they resolved the issue and my PC works faster than before. only negative: When new tehnicians took over sometimes they were not familiar with the issue or the history

CAThe people I dealt with were helpful… The people I dealt with were helpful and patient: Tony, Thomas, David and Roy Please remind them that when signing people up for 6 months service that that service will renew at 6 months! Had to deal with paypal with that. Otherwise, the computer is fixed. If I have problems with this older computer I will contact you again!

GBRevised ratings with improved service response! Some Disappointments with "claims of service", by initial contact! 4/9/2024 After pointing out my problem, through their survey rating process, 247 techies came back to me very quickly and fixed the problem with the Sent/Out box in my Outlook program! I was happily surprised by the quickness with which it was repaired! Thank you, James! Previous on 4/01/2024: I was disappointed to have to text with provider versus speaking by phone. Initial contact by phone was not great at English. I was told all would be restored as before they stated. My outlook settings and "send box" in outlook is not the same, and is now very user UNFRIENDLY!
