GBHelped twice over last two days with 2… Helped twice over last two days with 2 separate issues. Both techs listened and solved problems...one with a document camera and one with final cut pro...neither of which they were likely trained on. Appreciate the can-do attitude. By the way, the 6 month subscription is totally worth it...things seem to come up all the time...not usually broken...but more of "how to" questions. The only problem is that occasionally, once I hit the "allow" button to screenshare, link disconnects.

GBThe person I worked with The person I worked with, Tony, was efficient, knowledgeable, straight-forward and kind. The tech, who I only met as a cursor on the screen and a little chat, really seemed to know what he was doing. As I am not a techie, I can only trust that what they did was sufficient to solve the problem.

GBEasy to use The were able to get in and handle the problem without the potential frustrations of trying to follow instructions over the phone. The main issue and a secondary issue were both resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

GBThe techies were very knowledgable. The techies were very knowledgable. My only complaint was that it took so long to clean up the problem. Part of that was my fault because I am elderly and hard of hearing and slow.
