The techies were very knowledgable. The techies were very knowledgable. My only complaint was that it took so long to clean up the problem. Part of that was my fault because I am elderly and hard of hearing and slow.

Easy to use The were able to get in and handle the problem without the potential frustrations of trying to follow instructions over the phone. The main issue and a secondary issue were both resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

Net result they resolved the issue and my PC works faster than before. only negative: When new tehnicians took over sometimes they were not familiar with the issue or the history
