GBThe person I worked with The person I worked with, Tony, was efficient, knowledgeable, straight-forward and kind. The tech, who I only met as a cursor on the screen and a little chat, really seemed to know what he was doing. As I am not a techie, I can only trust that what they did was sufficient to solve the problem.

GBSo far so good So far so good. Only criticism is that I had to speak to a number of people before issue was resolved. In addition, one person told me I could walk away from computer and he would call me when done. He did not. I looked at computer and saw that he had signed out. Unacceptable!

GBHelped twice over last two days with 2… Helped twice over last two days with 2 separate issues. Both techs listened and solved problems...one with a document camera and one with final cut pro...neither of which they were likely trained on. Appreciate the can-do attitude. By the way, the 6 month subscription is totally worth it...things seem to come up all the time...not usually broken...but more of "how to" questions. The only problem is that occasionally, once I hit the "allow" button to screenshare, link disconnects.
