USGood support from Eric. Eric really did, Chris not so much; Nash was nice; supervisor James Halpert was so good to talk with and as I told him and Eric, I hope I can avoid switching to the new Outlook because if what I have been using is discontinued I will have to find a new email platform!! Tell that to Microsoft!

USMicrosoft scam I was unaware of the Microsoft scam and got involved. After I caught these people giving me info back I hadn't given them I googled Microsoft, got a phone number, called & they came to my rescue. I was connected with 247Techies. They were super nice and cleaned out those scammers and everything else that didn't belong in my computer. Thank you 247 Techies!

USEasy to use The were able to get in and handle the problem without the potential frustrations of trying to follow instructions over the phone. The main issue and a secondary issue were both resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

UShackers make money for microsoft I am very ignorant of computers and cause most of my own problems. Beyond that a hacker was stealing my information. Your men, Isaac and Roy were patient, courteous and thoroughly professional. Plus they had to deal with my old age and hearing deficit.

USRevised ratings with improved service response! Some Disappointments with "claims of service", by initial contact! 4/9/2024 After pointing out my problem, through their survey rating process, 247 techies came back to me very quickly and fixed the problem with the Sent/Out box in my Outlook program! I was happily surprised by the quickness with which it was repaired! Thank you, James! Previous on 4/01/2024: I was disappointed to have to text with provider versus speaking by phone. Initial contact by phone was not great at English. I was told all would be restored as before they stated. My outlook settings and "send box" in outlook is not the same, and is now very user UNFRIENDLY!
