247 tech guys are wonderful, they help you when you actually need help. 1. They were helpful and patient. 2, They are knowledgeable. 3. Simply great guys.

So far so good So far so good. Only criticism is that I had to speak to a number of people before issue was resolved. In addition, one person told me I could walk away from computer and he would call me when done. He did not. I looked at computer and saw that he had signed out. Unacceptable!

Revised ratings with improved service response! Some Disappointments with "claims of service", by initial contact! 4/9/2024 After pointing out my problem, through their survey rating process, 247 techies came back to me very quickly and fixed the problem with the Sent/Out box in my Outlook program! I was happily surprised by the quickness with which it was repaired! Thank you, James! Previous on 4/01/2024: I was disappointed to have to text with provider versus speaking by phone. Initial contact by phone was not great at English. I was told all would be restored as before they stated. My outlook settings and "send box" in outlook is not the same, and is now very user UNFRIENDLY!

Microsoft scam I was unaware of the Microsoft scam and got involved. After I caught these people giving me info back I hadn't given them I googled Microsoft, got a phone number, called & they came to my rescue. I was connected with 247Techies. They were super nice and cleaned out those scammers and everything else that didn't belong in my computer. Thank you 247 Techies!

Solved problem efficiently and quickly Title tells it all. In all fairness, however I did find the technician's accent difficult for these 93 year old ears to understand and the telephone audio was somewhat broken up. Things probably took a little longer to accomplish because of repeated questions of requests for my inputs. Final outcome however was five star.
