PITS was very professional explained the process and responded quickly to any of my emails or calls. they were able to recover info from my hard drive that other recovery companies could not. and when they sent the recovered drive, they guided us thru the installation process..

I believe the timeline for the recovery… I believe the timeline for the recovery was better than other company's. In addition, the communications between PIT and us clients is well above excellent. Highly recommended It was a decent experience, the communication was great, the speed of the fix was extraordinary (failed hard drive), and the negotiation of prices was even more so. The only reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the file type that was downloaded. It says zip but it’s in a strange file that I had to use a raropener to get open, but I’m just gonna chalk that up as something that happens when you pull stuff out of a hard drive that failed or got corrupted.
