PITS Recovers Patient Notes I tasked PITS with recovering patient notes for my psychotherapist girlfriend that were essential to her practice. In the process of upgrading to Big Sur OS, the installer froze because of lack of hard drive space, so she couldn't access her files. PITS recovered all her data onto an external drive. We were able to reinstall the Big Sur (after wiping the machine) and transfer all her files back to her now functional computer. Kudos to all at PITS for a job well done.

Great experience! Great experience! Had two hard drives one was a computer tower. Too damaged to get anything off! Second was my western digital hard drive that just stoped working. They were able to get everything recovered very happy as many items were not replaceable as they are my kids baby pictures!! A little expensive but gave me a discount and understood was on a budget. I plugged it into the computer but it wouldn’t turn on. PITS Data Recovery came to my rescue when I thought I had lost priceless personal/family pictures and videos.
