Amazing service Amazing service. Very professional and courteous. Am not tech savvy but was treated with the utmost respect. The service I received was over and above my expectations. My data was no longer accessible; the flash drive was corrupted and I was in a panic; rest assure if anyone can retrieve the data "PITS" can. Trust worthy and dependable no gimmick. They provide a service with the utmost integrity and will do what they say. The cost was worth it; not just data retrieval but the the entire process and step by step communication. Highly recommended It was a decent experience, the communication was great, the speed of the fix was extraordinary (failed hard drive), and the negotiation of prices was even more so. The only reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the file type that was downloaded. It says zip but it’s in a strange file that I had to use a raropener to get open, but I’m just gonna chalk that up as something that happens when you pull stuff out of a hard drive that failed or got corrupted.
