GBI appreciate the way they keep the… I appreciate the way they keep the customers updated throughout the entire process. My WD external hard drive crashed just before I was going to back it up. I plugged it into the computer but it wouldn’t turn on. PITS Data Recovery came to my rescue when I thought I had lost priceless personal/family pictures and videos.
