Admittedly, I was skeptical about sending the drive to a team across the country but I took a leap and sent it. A great experience I found everyone at PITS from their customer reps to the engineers to be very professional, resourceful and responsible. I had two video c-fast cards from a corporate production shoot that were corrupted and I wasn't sure if they would be able to recover the video files with their metadata intact. They figured it out and spent quite a while reformatting the files for me until they were perfect. They were also always easy to reach on the phone and very responsive. Nothing but good things to say.

PITS Recovers Patient Notes I tasked PITS with recovering patient notes for my psychotherapist girlfriend that were essential to her practice. In the process of upgrading to Big Sur OS, the installer froze because of lack of hard drive space, so she couldn't access her files. PITS recovered all her data onto an external drive. We were able to reinstall the Big Sur (after wiping the machine) and transfer all her files back to her now functional computer. Kudos to all at PITS for a job well done.
