PITS Global Data Recovery Services… PITS Global Data Recovery Services saved me big time! I highly recommend using this company should you face the unfortunate event of a hard drive failure. They made the entire process very easy, from the initial hardware consultation to the final delivery of my new backup hard drive. The turn around time was very fast, and all of the precious files that I thought I'd lost I now have again. I'm a completely satisfied and happy customer.

The folks at PITS did a fabulous job… The folks at PITS did a fabulous job and retrieved a decade’s worth of priceless family photos I had stored on an external hard drive that failed. I was unable to fix this myself and the local computer repair shop was uninterested. PITS to the rescue. Excellent work and a fine system for dealing with the customer. PITS is not cheap, but if you have data you must have back, who’s to say what you should pay? I was ecstatic to get my photos back. I wholeheartedly recommend PITS.

Highly recommended It was a decent experience, the communication was great, the speed of the fix was extraordinary (failed hard drive), and the negotiation of prices was even more so. The only reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the file type that was downloaded. It says zip but it’s in a strange file that I had to use a raropener to get open, but I’m just gonna chalk that up as something that happens when you pull stuff out of a hard drive that failed or got corrupted.

Great experience! Great experience! Had two hard drives one was a computer tower. Too damaged to get anything off! Second was my western digital hard drive that just stoped working. They were able to get everything recovered very happy as many items were not replaceable as they are my kids baby pictures!! A little expensive but gave me a discount and understood was on a budget. Very helpful! Great customer service!

I appreciate the way they keep the… I appreciate the way they keep the customers updated throughout the entire process. My WD external hard drive crashed just before I was going to back it up. I plugged it into the computer but it wouldn’t turn on. PITS Data Recovery came to my rescue when I thought I had lost priceless personal/family pictures and videos. I called in and they sent me a shipping label free to send my device to their lab. They contacted me a few days later to inform me about the damage level and the cost of the recovery. Alfie was friendly and knowledgeable, always answering each and every question I had. Thank you so much for your help!
