SGI ordered a painting and made payment… Scary experience I ordered a painting and made payment through wire transfer to Artsy about 10 days ago with order no. 299203112. So far I have not got any shipment confirmation yet. I almost think it is a scam. Reached out to artsy and gallery no solution. Art gallery said they did not receive fund , I wrote to artsy again, it became silent . It is anxious experience not positive at all! Can someone tell me this is not a scam? I spent thousands of dollars on an art piece , it turned out an awful experience. I hope artsy can follow up soon possible to get the shipment done .

NLWorst website EVER for customer AND gallery I advise to NEVER use Artsy as gallery or customer... You will pay way too much shipping costs as customer via Artsy, if you order direcly from a gallery you get way better prices or even for free!! Also, if you are a gallery, you have to pay every month for your account, but also need to pay a percentage to Artsy when you have a sale. That's what I call getting the best of both worlds ;)
