NLWorst website EVER for customer AND gallery I advise to NEVER use Artsy as gallery or customer... You will pay way too much shipping costs as customer via Artsy, if you order direcly from a gallery you get way better prices or even for free!! Also, if you are a gallery, you have to pay every month for your account, but also need to pay a percentage to Artsy when you have a sale. That's what I call getting the best of both worlds ;)

GBMy overall experience was great My experience of making an offer to accepting it was transparent and smooth. The gallery was great to work with, the exact item was just as described and arrived undamaged. Two things to keep in mind - one is that if there isn't a frame mentioned, it will likely only be the art without a frame. I didn't mind this as I can choose my frame. But the biggest deal is that the description of the sales item vanishes upon purchase. Be sure to print out or screen capture the sales item details for your own records! This was surprising and I wish I could get the exact details advertised to print off and keep with my purchase. Overall, no issues, I'd order from Artsy again.
