SGI ordered a painting and made payment… Scary experience I ordered a painting and made payment through wire transfer to Artsy about 10 days ago with order no. 299203112. So far I have not got any shipment confirmation yet. I almost think it is a scam. Reached out to artsy and gallery no solution. Art gallery said they did not receive fund , I wrote to artsy again, it became silent . It is anxious experience not positive at all! Can someone tell me this is not a scam? I spent thousands of dollars on an art piece , it turned out an awful experience. I hope artsy can follow up soon possible to get the shipment done .

GBGreat Customer Service! I made a mistake with ordering. Entirely on me -- it happens! But usually, that means being belittled, demeaned and/or at least getting the runaround so one wonders whether it's just better to lose the money and gain back the time and frustration spent. I am delighted to say Artsy *understood and helped me correct my mistake* efficiently and effectively and with zero judgement. Mistakes happen and it's nice to know we can quickly move on. I'll absolutely order again soon -- correctly this time!

GBSecond experience same as the first. Horribly! This is the second time, within a week, trying to buy a Shepard Fairey piece of art from AYNAC Gallery. Both times the 72 hour rule lapsed with no explanation. After the first lapse the product went right back onto the market for the same price. So I tried again to make the purchase, with the same results. Each time I received an email from Azusa stating that the gallery didn't respond and that she would note the account. As a consumer, how does noting the account help me? Do I have the amazing piece of are to hang in my home? How about actually contacting the gallery, via phone, rather than making a note. Then ask why the purchase was not honored. This should be followed up with establishing a way for the buyer complete the transaction with the gallery followed by delivery of product.

GBMy overall experience was great My experience of making an offer to accepting it was transparent and smooth. The gallery was great to work with, the exact item was just as described and arrived undamaged. Two things to keep in mind - one is that if there isn't a frame mentioned, it will likely only be the art without a frame. I didn't mind this as I can choose my frame. But the biggest deal is that the description of the sales item vanishes upon purchase. Be sure to print out or screen capture the sales item details for your own records! This was surprising and I wish I could get the exact details advertised to print off and keep with my purchase. Overall, no issues, I'd order from Artsy again.
