Most impressed with how quickly I… Most impressed with how quickly I received a response! Bravo! This was my first experience with Artsy. As a collector, I look forward to continued great experiences in the Future.

Waste of time and money Reviewing as a gallery owner. First off... it's way too expensive. Other inventory management services cost much less and are far more intuitive and efficient. Second, they implement new terms in your contract like exclusivity (forcing transactions to stay on the platform) but don't let you out of your contract. Third, I followed all of their guidelines (uploading many works, showing prices, and setting buy-now options) yet barely managed to get any really inquiries. Let's hope I can actually get them to export all my data/inventory. I have a hunch they have bots on their platform sending fake inquiries to keep galleries hooked. Also, pretty sure the bigger galleries have free accounts while the small/medium galleries pay a premium. WACK WACK WACK AVOID

Follow up from customer service is top… Follow up from customer service is top notch and shipping was excellent. The edition # of the art work was different than the # advertised. Artsy was great in confirming the discrepancy to ensure I wanted to proceed with the purchase!

Second experience same as the first. Horribly! This is the second time, within a week, trying to buy a Shepard Fairey piece of art from AYNAC Gallery. Both times the 72 hour rule lapsed with no explanation. After the first lapse the product went right back onto the market for the same price. So I tried again to make the purchase, with the same results. Each time I received an email from Azusa stating that the gallery didn't respond and that she would note the account. As a consumer, how does noting the account help me? Do I have the amazing piece of are to hang in my home? How about actually contacting the gallery, via phone, rather than making a note. Then ask why the purchase was not honored. This should be followed up with establishing a way for the buyer complete the transaction with the gallery followed by delivery of product.

I had a sales inquiry I had a sales inquiry, and Sophie, the Senior Manager of Trust & Safety at Artsy, expertly resolved the matter between the vendor and me. The solution was quickly found with minimal stress. I highly recommend purchasing artwork on Artsy.net; their after-sale service is truly professional. Thank you so much.
