I was in a pinch and needed to order… I was in a pinch and needed to order some high end HPE SSD drives for a big server project for a client. I found Storage Parts Direct online. I reached out via chat to their expert Mike and discussed the drives, their availability, and quantities. We needed 18 of them for this project. Mike said they had them in stock and would ship on the same day if I put the order in. He also secured an additional discount on the drives. The drives arrived in a few days and we were off to the races. This was a seamless transaction and we saved some money. They had it part in stock (which saved money) and they ship it free, and I used my credit card for free (I only pass on actual cost). I had mentioned the cable to attach to the cage and he thought it was included, it wasn't. I told him about it, and he and I researched really hard. And we found the right cable. Because he thought it should have been included, he didn't charge me for it. I got the best for my customer; I am extremely happy with the prices and the service. I would really thank Tim for his suggestions and his work to make everything work. When I need storage solutions, they are I'm going to go first.

Originally I'd been a bit skeptical about my order since I'd never heard of this website before and the price on the product I ordered was WAY lower than other retailers. But the LTO drive I ordered came super quickly, packaged perfectly, and works fantastic. Emails I sent were replied to promptly as well. Highly recommended retailer and will definitely order from again in the future if I need any additional LTO / server parts. Thank you!

Initial order placed took several days… Initial order placed took several days to ship and was explained that I needed to be verified a customer with a valid credit card and I need to be called and spoken to. I am a wholesale distributor, and when we take credit cards and verify zip code, cc#, and CID, we are not at risk of loss from our processor. I suggest you look into that and not put the burden on a new customer that may need something right away, like hard drives, as I did. After the initial order, my next orders were process and shipped very quickly.
