GBFor a $1 look at the site, $70 later! Very convincing that for only $1, a person could look at the site one time without obligation. However, I was charged automatically $22.99 for the last three months. As sure as I was about sharing my information for payment of $1, apparently, I missed some finer print. You got me good, Bumper. One look and you took $70 from me. After reading the reviews, I realize that it was your deceptive and misleading approach and I am not the only one to trust and be taken advantage of. Don't bother giving me the same response as the others. I already know that you justify your actions as being clear. Nothing could be further from the truth.

GBI had used this service and forgot cancell I had used this service and forgot to cancell after my trial. I didn't even remember signing up until I got a Nsf from my bank. I contacted customer service and received a very fast, very courteous response. My account was terminated immediately. Refund was not requested due to my own negligence These people are not scammers or crooks. They are sincere, courteous individuals who I'll be happy to do business with again.

GBFraud: Never signed up but charged for months. I did not sign up for any services from Bumper.com and was fraudulently charged for services I was not using for months. Thus far, Bumper.com refuses to give a full refund. I gather from other reviews that this is a common experience. Are they buying ripped credit card numbers to do this? Not sure. I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one. Stay away from this website. Legal action may be necessary to get a full refund from this shady outfit.

GBClueless customer support or no QA? Tried to use the service after written confirmation that I had 4 days left. Couldn't get past a warning message. Wasted about half an hour with support, and they offered several useless time-wasting approaches to fix their untested code. All they could do was ask for a picture of my screen. As if they didn't even understand what their errant "account inactive" box looks like...
