GBIn general In general, I'm satisfied with "Bumper'. But, better to send a notification before charging for a subscription. Cuz, I used bumper before purchase a car to check all background half year ago and paid couple of bucks for a single "check". And 6 months later I see -21$ from my debit card. Customer service was great, fast, and effective.

GBupdated because they responded quickily UPdate: They responded and refunded my money. Just make sure you read the "terms and conditions" (who actually reads these details every time??) cuz it says you will be paying again in just 7 days.--JP would give zero stars if possible. I paid the $1 to check my car, and they charged me for ongoing membership that I never authorized. AVOID THE SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

GBClueless customer support or no QA? Tried to use the service after written confirmation that I had 4 days left. Couldn't get past a warning message. Wasted about half an hour with support, and they offered several useless time-wasting approaches to fix their untested code. All they could do was ask for a picture of my screen. As if they didn't even understand what their errant "account inactive" box looks like...

KHDO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE I signed up for 7 days trial. I have only used its service once. On the website I tried to find the cancellation but it is so hideous. Then after 7 days, I was charged 24.37$ without a notice, confirmation nor receipt via email. I found out because I check my banking mobile app. Unless this company gives me a refund, it is scamming people. The information on vehicles is not even adequate compared to other websites I tried. I will give an update if I received the refund or not. Edit: This company is responsible. Unlike other reviewers, I have received my refund after I made my inquiry.
