Clueless customer support or no QA? Tried to use the service after written confirmation that I had 4 days left. Couldn't get past a warning message. Wasted about half an hour with support, and they offered several useless time-wasting approaches to fix their untested code. All they could do was ask for a picture of my screen. As if they didn't even understand what their errant "account inactive" box looks like...

was misled was mislead into thinking it was a 1 time check for a doller then make it confusing on how to get back to cancel. my fixed income father has been getting charged reaccurring for months now i just heard. and when i called it felt like a pure scam and the lady wasnt helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE I signed up for 7 days trial. I have only used its service once. On the website I tried to find the cancellation but it is so hideous. Then after 7 days, I was charged 24.37$ without a notice, confirmation nor receipt via email. I found out because I check my banking mobile app. Unless this company gives me a refund, it is scamming people. The information on vehicles is not even adequate compared to other websites I tried. I will give an update if I received the refund or not. Edit: This company is responsible. Unlike other reviewers, I have received my refund after I made my inquiry.

For a $1 look at the site, $70 later! Very convincing that for only $1, a person could look at the site one time without obligation. However, I was charged automatically $22.99 for the last three months. As sure as I was about sharing my information for payment of $1, apparently, I missed some finer print. You got me good, Bumper. One look and you took $70 from me. After reading the reviews, I realize that it was your deceptive and misleading approach and I am not the only one to trust and be taken advantage of. Don't bother giving me the same response as the others. I already know that you justify your actions as being clear. Nothing could be further from the truth.
