GBwas misled was mislead into thinking it was a 1 time check for a doller then make it confusing on how to get back to cancel. my fixed income father has been getting charged reaccurring for months now i just heard. and when i called it felt like a pure scam and the lady wasnt helpful.

GBClueless customer support or no QA? Tried to use the service after written confirmation that I had 4 days left. Couldn't get past a warning message. Wasted about half an hour with support, and they offered several useless time-wasting approaches to fix their untested code. All they could do was ask for a picture of my screen. As if they didn't even understand what their errant "account inactive" box looks like...

GBIn general In general, I'm satisfied with "Bumper'. But, better to send a notification before charging for a subscription. Cuz, I used bumper before purchase a car to check all background half year ago and paid couple of bucks for a single "check". And 6 months later I see -21$ from my debit card. Customer service was great, fast, and effective.
