GBCharged over $300 for a subscription I… Charged over $300 for a subscription I was unaware of. Asked for a refund as I never used the service past the initial trial. They were only willing to refund 1 charge. Shame on anyone who runs a business with such predatory practices.

GBI was sent numerous addresses I was sent numerous addresses, but never the one I was searching for verified, only emails that they were (working on it), and after a month, never verified the address...........

GBGreat value & service! I only needed to use Bumper for a few days while I was looking for a car and had planned to cancel my subscription as soon as I found one. Bumper's information is reliable and a great value. The cancellation process took only five minutes and the agent was super friendly and professional.

GBBeware of Bumper I, like many others, was charged a recurring fee for a service I never ordered or signed up for. These charges date back to October 2023 and going forward. I did not know what bumper llc was/is and have had no way to contact the company to dispute these charges... I just found out on a statement from my bank. My credit card was hit 5 times with charges.

GBIn general In general, I'm satisfied with "Bumper'. But, better to send a notification before charging for a subscription. Cuz, I used bumper before purchase a car to check all background half year ago and paid couple of bucks for a single "check". And 6 months later I see -21$ from my debit card. Customer service was great, fast, and effective.
