I'm new to the My Impact program I'm new to the My Impact program. It's extensive in it's scope which means there's a lot to learn. Their training videos are excellent but what I really love is their chat help option. The people there are friendly, responsive and know their subject! When we're bringing on other Admins where they may not be wild about learning a new program, they too appreciate the level of friendly, easy, accessible assistance that My Impact delivers!

Helpful customer service I have used Better Impact for 6 years and have found that their response time is accurate when asking a question. Though sometimes the system can't do what I am asking, they will suggest some option to get a similar result.

Better Impact is a great software tool… Better Impact is a great software tool for managing a volunteer base. After personally using it for over a year, I'm still finding new features to incorporate into our program. The one drawback - I wish they make the app a little more user friendly (less redundancy in clocking in, etc) and I wish they released new features more frequently! Overall - I am happy with this platform and would recommend it to others!
