Easier Management of Volunteers Since starting to use Better Impact, management of volunteers has changed immensely for me. Volunteers can easily sign up for shifts, and the system creates a schedule for them to see. I can create and save commonly used reports to make viewing these items more efficient. I'm very happy with the program, and still learning more ways that I can use it.

Better Impact has been a game changer Better Impact has been a game changer! We've used Better Impact for our volunteer program for over a decade now. It is easy to use, has great support, and is easily customizable to our needs. If there is something we want to do, there is usually a work around that makes it possible if not a direct feature. Support is very responsive and provides help immediately.

I'm new to the My Impact program I'm new to the My Impact program. It's extensive in it's scope which means there's a lot to learn. Their training videos are excellent but what I really love is their chat help option. The people there are friendly, responsive and know their subject! When we're bringing on other Admins where they may not be wild about learning a new program, they too appreciate the level of friendly, easy, accessible assistance that My Impact delivers!

Better Impact software is a life saver Better Impact software is a life saver. When I started working at this job, I had no idea what Better Impact was about, then I started taking all the eLearning trainings, when I was requested a report, I emailed the crew from Better Impact and they are on point to help you, give you ideas on how to or go aground. They surely do facilitate our progress in knowing where to go or what to do to resolve the issue. Thank you.

BI shows it's quality soon after start of evaluation We're evaluating BI for use in our organization which has well over 100 volunteers actively assisting members of our community. The BI folks have build a solution that, out of the box, fits most of our needs. Furthermore, where some tinkering is required, they are able to come up with easily implementable tweaks that do the job. The UI is intuitive and the functionality is comprehensive. And even though we've only been using the product for a bit over a week I fully expect it to serve our needs for a very long time.
