Better Impact is a great software tool… Better Impact is a great software tool for managing a volunteer base. After personally using it for over a year, I'm still finding new features to incorporate into our program. The one drawback - I wish they make the app a little more user friendly (less redundancy in clocking in, etc) and I wish they released new features more frequently! Overall - I am happy with this platform and would recommend it to others!

Better Impact Rocks! I have been using Better Impact for almost 4 years. We have a large volunteer pool and bring in about 3,500 applications a year. This is the only platform that I believe can manage this quantity for the price point they offer. Just over two years ago our organization decided to move away from Better Impact. A few long months later we ended up coming back because we knew we had made a mistake. We appreciate Better Impact and what they offer for the price.

We really enjoy Better Impact We really enjoy Better Impact. It does most of what we need from a program like this, and we are still finding more and more ways that BI can help improve our volunteer management. There are some bugs that require a lot of time to figure out, but there are some great resources put out by BI for when you run into issues.

What can't it do? We have been using Better Impact for a few years now, though I keep learning more features and more aspects of it. It can do so much more than I realize and has honestly made the management of volunteers that much easier for both us and them. Thank you!
