Everyone here at the center is super happy with the volunteer and client portals. The QR Timeclock system feels innovated and up to date with times! The background check partnership is amazing and had previously been using for years. I'm so appreciative with the online chat systems and have always had my questions answered.

Better Impact Better Impact, and more specifically Volunteer Impact is what got our medical volunteer program through Covid. The system switch for our 300+ volunteers in 2019 was nearly seamless and everyone who made the swap with us has been very happy. Non-volunteer management staff find it easy to use and navigate even when they are not in and out of it every day. The flexible set up allows us to pivot on a dime when a change needs to happen and the variety of activity set ups helps us customize volunteer set up for ever kind of clinic that we have. I cannot speak highly enough of this product and how it has impacted our volunteer operations.

Easier Management of Volunteers Since starting to use Better Impact, management of volunteers has changed immensely for me. Volunteers can easily sign up for shifts, and the system creates a schedule for them to see. I can create and save commonly used reports to make viewing these items more efficient. I'm very happy with the program, and still learning more ways that I can use it.
