Better Impact is still one of the most… Better Impact is still one of the most competitive applications for volunteer engagement and management. With its capacity to have user self-direct their customisation without the need of paying additional or having to raise IT tickets, teams can quickly add-in features as they grow, or the need arises. I've successfully used this product now for 4 years and whilst there are some improvements, I'd love to see there are options to voice these through their feedback feature, to which they respond once it has been created. I've reviewed various other programs and this one still provides more benefits at a competitive rate.

When I started working at this job, I had no idea what Better Impact was about, then I started taking all the eLearning trainings, when I was requested a report, I emailed the crew from Better Impact and they are on point to help you, give you ideas on how to or go aground. They surely do facilitate our progress in knowing where to go or what to do to resolve the issue. Thank you.

I'm new to the My Impact program I'm new to the My Impact program. It's extensive in it's scope which means there's a lot to learn. Their training videos are excellent but what I really love is their chat help option. The people there are friendly, responsive and know their subject! When we're bringing on other Admins where they may not be wild about learning a new program, they too appreciate the level of friendly, easy, accessible assistance that My Impact delivers!

Better Impact Better Impact, and more specifically Volunteer Impact is what got our medical volunteer program through Covid. The system switch for our 300+ volunteers in 2019 was nearly seamless and everyone who made the swap with us has been very happy. Non-volunteer management staff find it easy to use and navigate even when they are not in and out of it every day. The flexible set up allows us to pivot on a dime when a change needs to happen and the variety of activity set ups helps us customize volunteer set up for ever kind of clinic that we have. I cannot speak highly enough of this product and how it has impacted our volunteer operations.

Easier Management of Volunteers Since starting to use Better Impact, management of volunteers has changed immensely for me. Volunteers can easily sign up for shifts, and the system creates a schedule for them to see. I can create and save commonly used reports to make viewing these items more efficient. I'm very happy with the program, and still learning more ways that I can use it.
