Prompt with requests Always quick with responding to my requests for frequent changes to our website banner. A couple of times I did not receive a response but nonetheless they had completed what I asked. I just like an email response so I'm sure my requests are completed.

Our requests for changes are handled quickly and correctly. They were a big part of our Covid vaccine success. We had to change our plan quickly and helped with suggestions on how to set it up.

RefillRx Connect is great! RefillRx Connect is great! Great customer service with quick replies to requests or questions. My pharmacy website and branded mobile app are hosted through them. Customers may just search for my pharmacy name on Apple App Store or Android Store, and my pharmacy app with my custom logo comes right up.

It's such a relief when you are a busy business owner to know that if you email your web support team you will hear back the same day, often within the same hour. Truly top notch customer service.
