Prompt with requests Always quick with responding to my requests for frequent changes to our website banner. A couple of times I did not receive a response but nonetheless they had completed what I asked. I just like an email response so I'm sure my requests are completed.

Great Company RefillRx is a great website that integrates with our pharmacy software management system to give patients a state-of-the-art experience. The App is amazing and we always get compliments on how great it is. And the support we get is second to none. They are always here to help us and they always reply back in a timely manner!

Our requests for changes are handled quickly and correctly. They were a big part of our Covid vaccine success. We had to change our plan quickly and helped with suggestions on how to set it up.
