Excellant Customer Service RefillRx Connect (esp Melissa) has been a true partner to our pharmacy for many years now for our website & mobile app. The customer service is personal, responsive, and understands the needs of pharmacies. I can count on getting help from someone familiar to me....not a random help-desk operator. When COVID hit, I didn't have to figure out what modifications I needed to make to my website - they proactively designed features that pharmacies would need to manage appointments and information.
