RefillRx Connect is great! RefillRx Connect is great! Great customer service with quick replies to requests or questions. My pharmacy website and branded mobile app are hosted through them. Customers may just search for my pharmacy name on Apple App Store or Android Store, and my pharmacy app with my custom logo comes right up.

RefillRx Just Works RefillRx just works. The interface is clean, easy to understand for the patient, and customizable. We've been using their service since 2016 without fail. I love that the theme ties into our main hospital site, allows a link to the site, and also just works flawlessly with our pharmacy systems. It's also super affordable, so that's a plus!

We are new (few months) to Refill… We are new (few months) to Refill connects platforms and have really been impressed with the personal, friendly service. Our requests for changes are handled quickly and correctly. They were a big part of our Covid vaccine success. We had to change our plan quickly and helped with suggestions on how to set it up.
