Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Ben R has been extremely helpful, and I must say very responsive/timely with assisting me with downloading a couple of issues. The issues we really mine but Ben R took to the time to get me through them, rather than just referring me to the FAQ or Help menu's. The program makes it easy to identify potential issues with no associated cost. This is a welcomed change from the last (ZL) tax software I tried to use.

Sara Sara, Sara, Sara! What can't I say? She was tremendously helpful, for many many issues and many many days. I tried CoinTracker (CS is not existent, still waiting), Koinly (No support and rejects many transaction downloads). Only thing I hope for in 2024 is to be able to upload PulseChain. I had to do that separately, but Sara helped me every step of the way with everything else, including clearing up all my "Review" items. Give her a raise! She is well deserving and really makes CoinLedger stand out among the other competition.

I really wanted to track my portfolio on an ongoing basis, as I knew I didn't have taxes to pay in this past year. Linda was incredibly helpful and responsive! I usually don't write reviews like this but the customer service was just incredible.

Coinledger was my first pick and my… Coinledger was my first pick and my first experience with a crypto tax service. Overall the experience was positive. I did have some issues transferring the data to the platform, but customer service was there to help. A big shout out to Ben R. He was there the whole way and went above and beyond to get me squared away! Very responsive, very professional.

Great customer service from Ben R Dipped my toe into crypto, using SoFi to manage buying/selling. Great until it came time to import .CSV transaction data into TurboTax to complete my 2023 taxes. Didn’t work. SoFi chat referred me to CoinLedger. Everything looked straightforward until I went to import data. Needed to map the data to their template to calculate capital gains/losses. Thankfully, Ben R came to my rescue! Ben was able to take my CSV files and map it over to the template. He then advised on how to import into CoinLedger. After that - the magic happened and I quickly had a file that I could import into TurboTax. Super quick after purchasing the hobbyist package.
