The team replies within a day and they're focused on actually helping you (not just "dealing with" your help request). That's a sign of a solid company.

I was having trouble with missing cost… I was having trouble with missing cost basis and uploading certain transactions from 2023. Farouk was the customer service representative that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get all the transactions uploaded and figure out the missing cost basis. We were able to get everything squared away. I'm not crazy about doing everything through email. id rather do it over the phone. But, Farouk was very good and made the process easy

He was very quick to respond and was very helpful with detail instructions. I was driving at the time so I could not download my file so he helped me with it. Email it to me as a file. Saved me so much time and I was very grateful for it. Highly recommended and appreciated.
