The team replies within a day and they're focused on actually helping you (not just "dealing with" your help request). That's a sign of a solid company.

Terrible Terrible. All I wanted was to get my taxes from Voyager which went bankrupt. And I had to pay around $45 just to get my report. That's all I wanted. I didn't need any tax information from any other exchanges.

I really wanted to track my portfolio on an ongoing basis, as I knew I didn't have taxes to pay in this past year. Linda was incredibly helpful and responsive!
