Had a great experience using coin… Had a great experience using coin ledger. Software is quite useful however there are instances where we need help reconciling complex transactions as multi-swaps and bridges. Sara from the team helped me sort out all the questions I had and she literally spent a few hours to ensure all my transactions were reconciled. Will certainly use coin Ledger again. Appreciate the great support from Sara!! Highly recommend this software to every crypto user.

Coin Ledger is at your side when you need them. Coin Ledger helped me to aggregate my tax info from my crypto exchanges I use and upload it to Turbo Tax. There are some exchanges that don't use a format which works with TurboTax. Coin Ledger is the bridge between these entities for tax time. They also allow me to create a PDF of my tax info which I like to keep as a hard copy in my own records. Their communication with me while getting my account set up and importing my tax info was excellent. I particularly appreciated Seraphim's reaching out via email at a point where I got hung up. Excellent following up and customer service. I highly recommend Coin Ledger. I'll be using their service annually. 👍

Incredible Help Coinledger compiled all of my tax liabilities in an excellent and complete package. It did require some help from their support staff do complete. I did not downgrade the review due to the fact that they were very responsive and accurate in helping me complete my inquiries. Yuri was remarkably attentive to my questions, and never failed to follow up.

Great customer service from Ben R Dipped my toe into crypto, using SoFi to manage buying/selling. Great until it came time to import .CSV transaction data into TurboTax to complete my 2023 taxes. Didn’t work. SoFi chat referred me to CoinLedger. Everything looked straightforward until I went to import data. Needed to map the data to their template to calculate capital gains/losses. Thankfully, Ben R came to my rescue! Ben was able to take my CSV files and map it over to the template. He then advised on how to import into CoinLedger. After that - the magic happened and I quickly had a file that I could import into TurboTax. Super quick after purchasing the hobbyist package.

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Ben R has been extremely helpful, and I must say very responsive/timely with assisting me with downloading a couple of issues. The issues we really mine but Ben R took to the time to get me through them, rather than just referring me to the FAQ or Help menu's. The program makes it easy to identify potential issues with no associated cost. This is a welcomed change from the last (ZL) tax software I tried to use.
