Great customer service from Ben R Dipped my toe into crypto, using SoFi to manage buying/selling. Great until it came time to import .CSV transaction data into TurboTax to complete my 2023 taxes. Didn’t work. SoFi chat referred me to CoinLedger. Everything looked straightforward until I went to import data. Needed to map the data to their template to calculate capital gains/losses. Thankfully, Ben R came to my rescue! Ben was able to take my CSV files and map it over to the template. He then advised on how to import into CoinLedger.
