Coinledger was my first pick and my… Coinledger was my first pick and my first experience with a crypto tax service. Overall the experience was positive. I did have some issues transferring the data to the platform, but customer service was there to help. A big shout out to Ben R. He was there the whole way and went above and beyond to get me squared away! Very responsive, very professional.

Incredible Help Coinledger compiled all of my tax liabilities in an excellent and complete package. It did require some help from their support staff do complete. I did not downgrade the review due to the fact that they were very responsive and accurate in helping me complete my inquiries. Yuri was remarkably attentive to my questions, and never failed to follow up.

CoinLedger goes above and beyond for Crypto reporting CoinLedger helped me figure out what TurboTax should have done in the first place! Much appreciation for CoinLedger as the problem was not caused by them. If you are using 2023 TurboTax Premium and have Crypto investments to report, the instructions in TurboTax do not include CoinLedger and do not provide ANY explanation as to why not. CoinLedger support figured out how to correctly import the transactions using a CSV file and selecting TurboTax Online as the format. NOTHING about this anywhere on the TurboTax site or their help system (which is horrendous). Again, thank you, CoinLedger for helping me through this mess.

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Ben R has been extremely helpful, and I must say very responsive/timely with assisting me with downloading a couple of issues. The issues we really mine but Ben R took to the time to get me through them, rather than just referring me to the FAQ or Help menu's. The program makes it easy to identify potential issues with no associated cost. This is a welcomed change from the last (ZL) tax software I tried to use.
