Coinledger customer service is GREAT! Coinledger customer service is top-notch and very transparent. I had issues uploading trade activity and they were extremely helpful as well as being very honest about what to expect on their platform. The answers to my questions are always very detailed and answered on a timely basis. I highly recommend Coinledger.

Terrible Terrible. All I wanted was to get my taxes from Voyager which went bankrupt. And I had to pay around $45 just to get my report. That's all I wanted. I didn't need any tax information from any other exchanges.

My experience was amazing My experience was amazing! I imported all my crypto transaction fairly easily, as the website gives you directions. I really wanted to track my portfolio on an ongoing basis, as I knew I didn't have taxes to pay in this past year. Linda was incredibly helpful and responsive! I usually don't write reviews like this but the customer service was just incredible.

Incredible Help Coinledger compiled all of my tax liabilities in an excellent and complete package. It did require some help from their support staff do complete. I did not downgrade the review due to the fact that they were very responsive and accurate in helping me complete my inquiries. Yuri was remarkably attentive to my questions, and never failed to follow up.

This was my first time using coin… This was my first time using coin ledger. I had trouble downloading files. Emailed customer service and got a quick response from Ben R. He was very quick to respond and was very helpful with detail instructions. I was driving at the time so I could not download my file so he helped me with it. Email it to me as a file. Saved me so much time and I was very grateful for it. Highly recommended and appreciated.
