Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Ben R has been extremely helpful, and I must say very responsive/timely with assisting me with downloading a couple of issues. The issues we really mine but Ben R took to the time to get me through them, rather than just referring me to the FAQ or Help menu's. The program makes it easy to identify potential issues with no associated cost. This is a welcomed change from the last (ZL) tax software I tried to use.

Great customer service from Ben R Dipped my toe into crypto, using SoFi to manage buying/selling. Great until it came time to import .CSV transaction data into TurboTax to complete my 2023 taxes. Didn’t work. SoFi chat referred me to CoinLedger. Everything looked straightforward until I went to import data. Needed to map the data to their template to calculate capital gains/losses. Thankfully, Ben R came to my rescue! Ben was able to take my CSV files and map it over to the template. He then advised on how to import into CoinLedger. After that - the magic happened and I quickly had a file that I could import into TurboTax. Super quick after purchasing the hobbyist package.

Great Customer Support, Service Works for Turbo Tax I got what I needed for my taxes (turbo tax) and the import worked flawlessly. Also, I purchased the report for the wrong year and requested a refund. I was contacted and refunded in less than 1 business day. Great customer service during an undoubtedly busy time.

Crypto Taxes can be a bit stressful especially when all transactions are spread around different exchanges with back-and-forth deposits and withdrawals. Fortunately, most of us are in the same boat, and the great team at CoinLedger got us covered.

So far so good So far so good, prompt customer service with multiple e-mails answering questions and providing links that were needed to complete tax. Helped with log onto issues, and we are hoping program will do the mess of our tax going back 3 years with many trades and transfers.
