Terrible Terrible. All I wanted was to get my taxes from Voyager which went bankrupt. And I had to pay around $45 just to get my report. That's all I wanted. I didn't need any tax information from any other exchanges.

Crypto Taxes can be a bit stressful especially when all transactions are spread around different exchanges with back-and-forth deposits and withdrawals. Incredible Help Coinledger compiled all of my tax liabilities in an excellent and complete package. It did require some help from their support staff do complete. I did not downgrade the review due to the fact that they were very responsive and accurate in helping me complete my inquiries. Yuri was remarkably attentive to my questions, and never failed to follow up.

Great customer service from Ben R Dipped my toe into crypto, using SoFi to manage buying/selling. Great until it came time to import .CSV transaction data into TurboTax to complete my 2023 taxes. Didn’t work. SoFi chat referred me to CoinLedger. Everything looked straightforward until I went to import data. Needed to map the data to their template to calculate capital gains/losses. Thankfully, Ben R came to my rescue! Ben was able to take my CSV files and map it over to the template. He then advised on how to import into CoinLedger. After that - the magic happened and I quickly had a file that I could import into TurboTax. Super quick after purchasing the hobbyist package.
