This was my first time using coin… This was my first time using coin ledger. I had trouble downloading files. Emailed customer service and got a quick response from Ben R. He was very quick to respond and was very helpful with detail instructions. I was driving at the time so I could not download my file so he helped me with it. Email it to me as a file. Saved me so much time and I was very grateful for it. Highly recommended and appreciated.

I was having trouble with missing cost… I was having trouble with missing cost basis and uploading certain transactions from 2023. Farouk was the customer service representative that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get all the transactions uploaded and figure out the missing cost basis. We were able to get everything squared away. I'm not crazy about doing everything through email. id rather do it over the phone. But, Farouk was very good and made the process easy

Great customer service from Ben R Dipped my toe into crypto, using SoFi to manage buying/selling. Great until it came time to import .CSV transaction data into TurboTax to complete my 2023 taxes. Didn’t work. SoFi chat referred me to CoinLedger. Everything looked straightforward until I went to import data. Needed to map the data to their template to calculate capital gains/losses. Thankfully, Ben R came to my rescue! Ben was able to take my CSV files and map it over to the template. He then advised on how to import into CoinLedger. After that - the magic happened and I quickly had a file that I could import into TurboTax. Super quick after purchasing the hobbyist package.
