It's not something easy and we had follow-up emails back and forth to have it finally figured out, and Crisanto is really helpful. It's now working as a charm.

SSL Certificate for the Newb I had never created/installed an SSL certificate, but due to a medical issue was forced into it. Not knowing what to even ask, Phoenix provided a zoom meeting and walked me through the process - much better than just verbal instructions. There were a couple of issues (not all mine), but the fact that you stuck with me and we were able to get my website back up was very much appreciated.
