When I reached out for help on an issue, a support officer (PHOENIX) answered almost instantly, giving very detailed information. He/she didn't just fetch some vaguely relevant article or say "No, we can't do that" like some other companies would. Instead, he/she made sure that the articles I received were helpful, and clarified information that he/she is unsure about with their team. I'm only doing pre-purchase research this time, but I would definitely purchase their products when I'm ready!

GBMy eSigner PIN not working My eSigner PIN not working. I started an online chat and it finds Crisanto, who helps me reset my account PIN and fix another issue in my account as well.
