AUPhoenix was very persistent and stuck… Phoenix was very persistent and stuck with me until we figured out the error I was having. We even had a zoom call that he recorded to show the developers so we could get things sorted. Also glad that it takes less than a minute to connect with a real person via chat on SSL.com, which is far faster than I had expected when I first wrote in.

FRS/MIME Certificate Bought a S/MIME certificate for my email address and ran into a couple of problems. Crisanto from SSL's support was very responsive and helped me fix my issue. 10/10 would recommend if you need that type of certificate.

GBMy eSigner PIN not working My eSigner PIN not working. I started an online chat and it finds Crisanto, who helps me reset my account PIN and fix another issue in my account as well. It's not something easy and we had follow-up emails back and forth to have it finally figured out, and Crisanto is really helpful. It's now working as a charm.
