SSL Certificate for the Newb I had never created/installed an SSL certificate, but due to a medical issue was forced into it. Not knowing what to even ask, Phoenix provided a zoom meeting and walked me through the process - much better than just verbal instructions. There were a couple of issues (not all mine), but the fact that you stuck with me and we were able to get my website back up was very much appreciated.

My eSigner PIN not working My eSigner PIN not working. I started an online chat and it finds Crisanto, who helps me reset my account PIN and fix another issue in my account as well. It's not something easy and we had follow-up emails back and forth to have it finally figured out, and Crisanto is really helpful. It's now working as a charm.

Stay away from this place I needed a trusted certificate for some software I'm trying to sell. After I paid my money to SSL.com I was sent to a form geared for a corporation (I'm a sole proprietorship). Asked the salesperson what to do. They said contact support. Support sent me an AI generated list of website links, one of which maybe contained the answer to my needs. Finally found the right verification form. Submitted a copy of my driver's license, credit card, retail sales tax permit, proof that I'm an attorney admitted to the bar in 3 states. Had the documents notarized by a Notary Public who is also an attorney. They didn't accept the documentation as sufficient verification because the attorney didn't have a Google Merchant account. Totally had it at that point. Cancelled the order. Lots of back and forth to get my money back. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Still waiting for them to officially cancel my order. If you're a sole proprietorship trying to get a trusted certificate, good luck, you'll need it.

Phoenix was very persistent and stuck… Phoenix was very persistent and stuck with me until we figured out the error I was having. We even had a zoom call that he recorded to show the developers so we could get things sorted. Also glad that it takes less than a minute to connect with a real person via chat on SSL.com, which is far faster than I had expected when I first wrote in.

Kervin was exceptional Kervin was exceptional. Answered all my questions -- and I had a lot of them. So was Carlo and also Crisanto back in January when I needed a credit.
