MTBecause of technical limitations by… Because of technical limitations by Microsoft we was forced to acquire eSigner even when other why USB token would be enough for our use case. Luckily JOLEN helped us to get deal which does not ruin our budget but generated new sales for SSL.com which I call as win-win situation. Thank you.

AUPhoenix was very persistent and stuck… Phoenix was very persistent and stuck with me until we figured out the error I was having. We even had a zoom call that he recorded to show the developers so we could get things sorted. Also glad that it takes less than a minute to connect with a real person via chat on SSL.com, which is far faster than I had expected when I first wrote in.

GBSSL Certificate for the Newb I had never created/installed an SSL certificate, but due to a medical issue was forced into it. Not knowing what to even ask, Phoenix provided a zoom meeting and walked me through the process - much better than just verbal instructions. There were a couple of issues (not all mine), but the fact that you stuck with me and we were able to get my website back up was very much appreciated.
