Very good customer service I was shocked by the quality of the customer service of SSL.com. When I reached out for help on an issue, a support officer (PHOENIX) answered almost instantly, giving very detailed information. He/she didn't just fetch some vaguely relevant article or say "No, we can't do that" like some other companies would. Instead, he/she made sure that the articles I received were helpful, and clarified information that he/she is unsure about with their team. I'm only doing pre-purchase research this time, but I would definitely purchase their products when I'm ready!

SSL Certificate for the Newb I had never created/installed an SSL certificate, but due to a medical issue was forced into it. Not knowing what to even ask, Phoenix provided a zoom meeting and walked me through the process - much better than just verbal instructions. There were a couple of issues (not all mine), but the fact that you stuck with me and we were able to get my website back up was very much appreciated.

Because of technical limitations by… Because of technical limitations by Microsoft we was forced to acquire eSigner even when other why USB token would be enough for our use case. Luckily JOLEN helped us to get deal which does not ruin our budget but generated new sales for SSL.com which I call as win-win situation. Thank you.

Stay away from this place I needed a trusted certificate for some software I'm trying to sell. After I paid my money to SSL.com I was sent to a form geared for a corporation (I'm a sole proprietorship). Asked the salesperson what to do. They said contact support. Support sent me an AI generated list of website links, one of which maybe contained the answer to my needs. Finally found the right verification form. Submitted a copy of my driver's license, credit card, retail sales tax permit, proof that I'm an attorney admitted to the bar in 3 states. Had the documents notarized by a Notary Public who is also an attorney. They didn't accept the documentation as sufficient verification because the attorney didn't have a Google Merchant account. Totally had it at that point. Cancelled the order. Lots of back and forth to get my money back. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Still waiting for them to officially cancel my order. If you're a sole proprietorship trying to get a trusted certificate, good luck, you'll need it.
