S/MIME Certificate Bought a S/MIME certificate for my email address and ran into a couple of problems. Crisanto from SSL's support was very responsive and helped me fix my issue. 10/10 would recommend if you need that type of certificate.

Stay away from this place I needed a trusted certificate for some software I'm trying to sell. After I paid my money to SSL.com I was sent to a form geared for a corporation (I'm a sole proprietorship). Asked the salesperson what to do. They said contact support. Support sent me an AI generated list of website links, one of which maybe contained the answer to my needs. Finally found the right verification form. Submitted a copy of my driver's license, credit card, retail sales tax permit, proof that I'm an attorney admitted to the bar in 3 states. Had the documents notarized by a Notary Public who is also an attorney. They didn't accept the documentation as sufficient verification because the attorney didn't have a Google Merchant account. Totally had it at that point. Cancelled the order. Lots of back and forth to get my money back. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Still waiting for them to officially cancel my order. If you're a sole proprietorship trying to get a trusted certificate, good luck, you'll need it.

I needed help choosing a product and got it I needed help choosing a product and a certificate for signing documents. SSL.com has several options for this and I used the help of their consultants. Jolen Sebala answered all my questions, provided the necessary information, gave detailed instructions on using their products, and allowed me to test them in the sandbox for free. We have chosen the best option. Thanks, Jolen.

My eSigner PIN not working My eSigner PIN not working. I started an online chat and it finds Crisanto, who helps me reset my account PIN and fix another issue in my account as well. It's not something easy and we had follow-up emails back and forth to have it finally figured out, and Crisanto is really helpful. It's now working as a charm.
